The Michigan North+South Rail study is moving full steam ahead. The study, happening this year, is regarded as one of the most significant phases in advancing a new rail service because it is taking a deep dive into what is needed for the service to run.

Cadillac is an ideal candidate for the reintroduction of passenger rail. After all, railroads have played a crucial role in connecting Cadillac with the rest of the state and country for as long as the city has been around.

After a thorough and competitive selection process, we are thrilled to announce that the Cadillac/Wexford Transit Authority (WexExpress) and Groundwork have selected WSP as the lead consultant.
